Vietnamese Americans for Barack Obama Rally in San Jose, CA on 10/25

Posted by Eugenia

Vietnamese Americans for Barack Obama in the Bay Area will hold a rally expecting to draw local Obama supporters in San Jose, CA in the final days leading to the presidential election.

This event is open to the public and all Barack Obama supporters in the Bay Area are encouraged to join Vietnamese Americans in supporting Barack Obama for President.

All Obama supporters are welcome to come out with signs and posters at the new Little Saigon shopping center located on 1111 Story Road to show support for Obama. The Vietnamese communities are perceived as Republicans and by us being there, this will definitely help change the stigma.

Please join me and my friends at the Little Saigon shopping center on 1111 Story Road to rally for Obama. Bring signs and posters and banners. Come for a cultural experience. Wear your Obama t-shirt.

Time: Saturday, October 25 from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Host: Lan Nguyen
Contact Phone: 408-960-5601
Location:
Little Saigon/Grand Century Mall (San Jose, CA)
1111 Story Road
San Jose, CA 95122

I’m proud of all the work the all the young people of my community are doing. My brother and I have successfully converted our “old-guard” parents to be not only democrats but EXTREMELY pro-Obama so I know it’s possible. Annoy them for their own good!

    In solidarity,
    Van To
