APA Grassroots Activist Training in Philadelphia - May 31
Posted by Asian Americans for ObamaAsian Pacific Americans for Progress, a progressive grassroots organization that endorsed Sen. Obama for President, is providing a terrific opportunity to develop your grassroots organizing skills. I went to this training myself last year in Chicago, and it was one of
the most useful, interesting activist trainings I’ve attended. I
highly recommend it if you’re going to be the Philly area on May 31.
Parag Mehta is one of the most talented people working
with the DNC today.
(Full disclosure: several months after the Chicago training, I was invited to join the
APAP board.)
