Bostonist today points to a Brighton Centered post about the pivotal role that Boston City Councilor Sam Yoon (and Obama supporter) might play in the controversial issue over whether Clinton gets to change the rules and seat the delegates from Florida and Michigan.

Howard Dean last month appointed Yoon to the Democratic National Convention Rules Committee, which is responsible for ruling on, according to Brighton Centered: "(1) whether Florida or Michigan can hold ‘make-up’ primary or caucus contests before June 7th; and (2) whether or not those two states’ delegates can be seated at the DNC’s national convention this summer, should they not hold the ‘make-up’ primaries."

Yoon is the first Asian American elected to the Boston City Council.
