Beginning November 10 at midnight Pearl Gala tickets will be on sale at www.pearlgala.com. Group sales are available for 10 tickets or more. The group rate price is $2500 (10 tickets) but for nonprofits it is $2225 (10 tickets). Nonprofits have to include their nonprofit tax ID number. Please contact Christine Chen at cchen@strategicalliancesusa.com if your nonprofit is interested in purchasing a group package. We expect tickets to go quickly.
Welcome to the Pearl Presidential Inaugural Gala 2009. President Barack Obama will take the oath of office on January 20, 2009. Celebrate change and become part of history by joining us at the Pearl Presidential Inaugural Gala at the Mandarin Oriental, a five-star luxury hotel on January 19, 2009 in Washington, D.C.
The Gala is being organized for the benefit of the Asian Pacific American community and ANYONE who is interested in having a memorable evening ushering in a new era, a historic Presidency and a fresh direction for our country. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
A morning conference will include discussions about voting results, the political appointment process and the legislative issues for the next Congress. The evening gala will begin at 7 p.m. and end at midnight. Enjoy fine dining and entertainment. Place your winning bid in an auction featuring precious gems and other commemorative inaugural items. Top off the evening with a sumptuous dessert reception and dance the night away.

If you need lodging, there will be a limited number of rooms blocked for us at the Mandarin Oriental at $800/night with a 4 night minimum. This rate and 4 night minimums are comparable to the various hotels
in DC during inaugural week. Less expensive hotels may be available in Northern Virginia and Maryland. The rooms are selling out very quickly so make your arrangements as soon as possible.
